Linette Marie Allen, winner of the 2021 Kay Murphy Prize for Poetry, holds an MFA in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore. Twice nominated for the Best of the Net Awards, her work has appeared in Boulevard, Gulf Coast, and Prairie Schooner. In 2024, she released her debut poetry collection, Breakfast With Sappho, a project that blends poetic inquiry with visual art and music.
